Participants will be divided into two groups, depending on their interest in trying out the diet for 4 weeks or maintaining a new healthy diet over months, and will be provided with some foods. Participants will log the food they eat and answer questions about their diet throughtout the study. Food and research supplies and procedures are provided at no cost.
