Charlotte Pak

Biosketch

Charlotte Pak became acting Chief of the Office of Workforce Management and Development (OWMD) in late 2019 and was confirmed as Chief in  2022.

As Chief, she strives to foster a committed, high performing workforce by leading her team to provide tools, services and training that will: empower leaders with the knowledge and skills to manage a federal workforce; develop staff to enhance performance and foster the next generation of leaders; assist supervisors and managers to address organizational and personnel issues; and ensure effective recognition, retention and engagement strategies.

She has worked in OWMD since 2010, first as a Management Analyst and then a Team Lead.

Charlotte holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University and an MA in Psychology from New York University.

She is originally from Belgium. Before coming to the Clinical Center, Charlotte worked at NIAID in the Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources. She was hired at NIH in 2008 as an Administrative Fellow.
