2012 Family Caregiver Day Acknowledgements

On behalf of the NIH Clinical Center Caregiver Awareness Day Planning Committee, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of those that volunteered and participated in the 2nd annual NIH Clinical Center Caregiver Day that took place on November 13, 2012.
