This on-line course is available 24 hours per day on the Web.

Q. How do you register for the course?

All participants in this course register on-line at the course website. Those persons who are not affiliated with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) should use their affiliation information where NIH addresses, etc. are requested.

Q. Who is eligible to enroll in the course?

Anyone who has an interest in the subject matter can enroll in the course.

Q. Is there a cost for the course?

No, there is no cost associated with this course.

Q. Is there an exam for this course?

Yes, an on-line, final exam is given at the end of the course.

Q. Is a certificate awarded for this course?

Yes, students who score 75% or higher on the exam will receive a certificate that can be printed from the course website. Please note: this course does not offer academic credit hours or continuing medical education credits.

Q. Will the certificate certify that I can conduct clinical trials?

No, the certificate shows that one has an overview of the knowledge presented in the course.
