Hepatitis B Study

Researchers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) are conducting a study on hepatitis B. The goal of this study is to:

  • describe the natural history of hepatitis B (HBV) infection
  • evaluate changes in HBV infection status in individuals
  • identify participants who are potential candidates for one of the treatment studies being conducted

If you have hepatitis B and are willing to participate in a study at the NIH, please call the Patient Recruitment Office.

Location: The NIH Clinical Center, America’s research hospital, is located on the Metro red line, Medical Center stop, in Bethesda, Maryland.
