All federal full and part-time permanent, non-seasonal employees, including Title 42 and Commissioned Corps employees on-board on or before October 26, 2019 will be eligible to take the survey. New this year, the survey will only include 38 core questions and a comprehensive section on COVID-19 has been added to the survey. Eligible employees will be sent a personalized link by email.
