New screensavers promote hand hygiene

The new hand hygiene screensavers feature Clinical Center staff and leadership, including CEO Dr. James Gilman, demonstrating the importance of hand hygiene.

The screen savers are intended to remind staff, patients and visitors that thoroughly washing hands makes a difference in reducing the spread of disease. For information on when and how to clean hands, the importance of using soap and water and what to do if soap and running water are not available, visit the Centers forDisease Control website.
