The NIDDK Clinical Core Lab provides processing and assay support for human samples collected from NIDDK clinical trials. Specifically, the lab offers advice on collection and storage for samples to optimize viability. The lab uses 2D bar-code technology and tracks samples using an electronic sample inventory system.
