- Whole grain pita + low-fat ricotta cheese + sliced apple (or banana would be good) + dash of cinnamon
- Whole grain wrap/tortilla + Peanut butter + sprinkle of dry oats + banana (roll it up)
- Hard-boiled egg + whole grain pita or wrap + spinach/other greens + LF cheese stick cubed
- Whole grain wrap/tortilla + greens + hummus +cheese stick (roll it up)
- Leftover rice or pasta mixed w/salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cheese stick cubed
