Our speaker today is Dr. Kenneth Warren, acting director of the National Institute of Alcoholism and Alcohol Abuse. He will present "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome: Etiology, Epidemiology, and Advances in Diagnosis." Today he will address improved technologies for diagnosis, along with findings on the current understanding of the epidemiology of fetal alcohol syndrome.
