Coronal images (posterior to anterior order, 4.25-mm slice separation) of a rhesus monkey brain acquired 40-60 min following a 1.4-mCi bolus injection of the high affinity 5-HT1A antagonist [C-11]WAY 100635. Images are displayed on a common scale of 0-1200 nCi/cc. Highest uptake is seen in frontal and temporal regions, with lowest uptake in cerebellum followed by thalamus and basal ganglia.
