Performance Measurement

Performance measurement is the framework used to assess progress toward achieving the Clinical Center long-range goals and strategic priorities.

This framework provides a multi-dimensional and highly integrated approach to monitoring organizational, departmental, and initiative-specific processes and outcomes.

Key Initiatives

Measures progress toward the Clinical Center’s 3-5 year long range goals.

Provides department and program linkage to Clinical Center goals and priorities; measures progress toward department and program goals.

Measures progress toward the goals of individual initiatives that collectively support the strategic priorities; assesses the impact of implementation of new initiatives or expansion of existing programs.
