FY 2001 Clinical Center Strategic Priorities

1) New Services and Training

The Clinical Center will improve the clinical research and patient care environment through implementation of new services and training programs to support the needs of intramural clinical investigators and their partners, the patients.

2) Strategic Management

Guided by customer input, the Clinical Center will implement initiatives and promote practices that support efficient and effective use of material and human resources through real-time data access.

3) Information Dissemination

The Clinical Center will advance clinical research and patient care through improved data management and information dissemination with the initial implementation of a new clinical research information system (CRIS).
