Performance Measures
Metrics are developed to measure success and effectiveness. The Clinical Center’s performance measures evaluate three levels of effectiveness: organizational, departmental and initiative-specific.
Key Initiatives
These special projects cut across multiple disciplines and departments, involve the leadership of senior Clinical Center management and Institutes, and affect organization-wide performance improvement to meet customer needs. Key initiatives support the three strategic priorities.
Strategic Priorities
The Clinical Center will focus its efforts in FY 2001 in three strategic areas:
• New Services and Training
• Strategic Management
• Information Dissemination
These priority areas direct a one year plan and link to the Clinical Center’s long-range goals.
