Strategic and Annual Operarting Plan

ORGANIZATIONAL
PRIORITIES

  1. Improve infrastructure and develop new services for intramural clinical research program to support growth in clinical activity.
  2. Optimize performance of management and support functions to assure efficiency and administrative integrity of operations.
  3. Demonstrate improvements in clinical and service quality resulting in satisfied customers.
  4. Enhance information technology management through improvement of existing and development of new business and clinical systems.
  5. Develop and conduct state-of-the-art training programs in clinical research.
  6. Plan for activation and occupancy of new Clinical Research Center.
