Description

As identified by the CC Board of Governors, the CC has implemented a process for review of departmental operations for efficiency and effectiveness. The operational reviews consist of developing departmental performance measures, collaborating with other health care facilities, reviewing staffing levels, and recommending operational improvements.

Accomplishments-to-Date

  • Conducted operational reviews of the following departments:
    • Housekeeping and Fabric Care
    • Materials Management Department
    • Social Work Department
    • Outpatient Department
    • Spiritual Ministry
  • Identified recommendations for operational improvement
  • Implementation of Housekeeping and Materials Management recommendations
