Organizational Priorities

Areas of emphasis stemming from the Clinical Centerís three long-range goals (i.e., excellence in clinical research, quality of patient care, and operational effectiveness/efficiency) on which the Clinical Center will focus its efforts and resources in FY2000.

 
 

Key Initiatives

Special projects cutting across multiple
disciplines and departments, involving
leadership of senior Clinical Center
management and Institute input, that
are intended to effect organization-wide
performance improvement or offer a
new service to meet customer needs.

   

Performance Measures

Metrics developed to assess the overall
effectiveness of the Clinical Center in
meeting the objectives of key initiatives
and ultimately supporting Clinical Center
long-range goals.
